And yes, I think this is going to be the first in a series that will be exploring gender and sexuality via giant robot drawings.
So I sent the art to the printer today after all those questions, but I’m just too excited (it’s my first zine :V) so here’s a preview of one of the pages.
Yes, it is partly inspired by my being disgruntled with how gender is handled in TF, so I turned it up to 11 and am trying to depict what I perceive the deal really is but no one wants to talk about. (Except like, 8 of us on tumbls.)
Hand-carved block printed covers as per usual, 8 pages. They’ll be up in the shop in… I dunno, in the near future.
ETA: It’s not exclusively TF, I should mention. It’s actually lots of famous Japanese robots.

The Merchant is available to read on Issuu! I have to say… comics look freakin’ rad with their viewer. I have to see what others they’re hosting.
